An Agronomy Graduate from the University of Turin, Italy, Giorgio joined the Martini & Rossi Group in 1984 based in Geneva, Switzerland. In 1993, Martini & Rossi was bought by Bacardi and Giorgio strongly contributed to the integration of the Martini group of companies into the Bacardi organization and the newly created regional teams.


During his 31 years within Bacardi, Giorgio held various managing positions in Switzerland, Germany and Bermuda, covering a wide range of functions in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Tax Efficient Structures Management, Role Model Organization and Global System Implementation. He is currently Director of the Geneva site and heading the Global Trade organization, with responsibility for the coordination of supply chain, financial, customs and tax stakeholders in order to maximize the effectiveness of the flow of goods from supplier to production and to distributor.
