Effective International Business Communication

American International Club of Geneva is hosting an evening event for young professionals.

Effective International Business Communication by Dr. Katarzyna Jagodzinska.

As the business world becomes more diverse, competitive and complex, parties need to rethink the rules for engaging with each other.

Executives are looking for new ways to best interact optimally with their business partners. Managing diverse teams requires understanding the key determinants of effective business communication.

This talk will feed into these needs and cover the following aspects of effective business communication:

1. Understanding the fundamentals of international business communication

2. Building your path to success through the three types of communication: verbal, non-verbal and para-verbal

3. Managing diversity: communicating with people whose cultures, backgrounds and expectations differ from your own

4. Creating and delivering effective oral presentations.
