SEPTEMBER 5 - Visit Château d'Hauteville

The American International Club of Geneva is hosting a Cultural visit to Château d'Hauteville (Vaud).

An auction of Château d'Hauteville items will take place on September 11/12. One week before, the AIC proposes a private tour to visit the château and its collection. There is an American presence within the 11 generations of the family and auction items will include those related to General Alexander Macomb, who led the Americans to victory in a decisive revolutionary Battle of Plattsburg in 1814.

Bernard Piguet will conduct a private tour of the château and main objects for auction. Guests will then stay on and go through the château with the "crowds" or walk around the 30 hectares of park/garden and its stunning views
