Biography

Mary moved from St Louis, MO to Geneva in 1982 with PriceWaterhouse Coopers. She immediately joined the AIC which helped her integrate professionally and personally.  She became Director of Finance for Webster University in Geneva until 1988, then joined WHO, working primarily in Africa on the AIDS and River Blindness programmes.  In 1992, she joined TechMind S.A. and worked at Reuters developing a network of Help Desks for Customer Service in Europe & MEA.

She has a BS in Accounting & Statistics (St Louis University) and two Masters degrees Economics & Information Technologies Management.

Mary now devotes her time to teaching, mentoring, directing retreats for adults and teens and to a variety fundraising events. She is happily married with two children, and loves playing golf, especially in the AIC Golf Tournament each year.

When and most importantly why did you join the AIC?

When I was working for PWC, I was asked by the Partners to join AIC for professional development (great Speakers lunches and niche Professional events) but also to stay connected to our clients and to connect with our community.  Today I'm involved in the Civics Concerns area of the AIC, which energizes me to not only become aware of the needs of others less fortunate in Geneva - but to support them together with other Club members.
