Are you ready to unlock the power of mentorship? Whether you're a seasoned professional eager to share your knowledge or a young go-getter navigating your career path, our Mentoring Program is here to guide you every step of the way.
Our community encompasses Independent ventures, SMEs, Multinational Companies, Governmental Institutions, and NGOs, providing a diverse range of experiences and expertise. Whether you're just starting out, honing your skills, or advancing into leadership roles, our mentors offer invaluable advice and guidance.
If you're 40+ and interested in mentoring, or between the ages of 25 and 40, actively shaping your career, we invite you to join us on this transformative journey.
Program Overview:
- Selection Process: Mentors and mentees are chosen from our esteemed membership through a formal application process. Mentors have diverse industry backgrounds and extensive experience, while mentees are dynamic young professionals actively engaged in the workforce.
- Program Duration: The program runs for 10 months, with a minimum of one meeting per month. Both mentors and mentees receive comprehensive guidance to maximize their mentoring journey.
- Diverse Pairings: We celebrate diversity in all forms, including varied career stages. Whether you're a seasoned professional or a mid-career manager, our program welcomes you. Our Committee ensures gender balance and values cross-generational mentorship. If you're eager to share your experience with younger professionals while benefiting from seasoned guidance, we invite you to apply as both a mentor and a mentee.
Registration for the AIC Mentoring Program is open year-round, with suggested pairings lasting for 9 months of enriching interaction.
