Serge Dal Busco is the Conseiller d’Etat of Geneva in charge of Finance. Previously, he was a Deputy of the Grand Conseil of Geneva where he oversaw housing and planning, Chairman of the Association of Geneva Communes, and a six-term mayor of Bernex. Dr. Dal Busco is an accomplished civil engineer. He holds a PhD in Sciences Techniques from EPFL. He created his own civil engineering firm, which later became an integral part of Carouge-based Perreten et Milleret SA, a renown local engineering firm.

Xavier Oberson is a founder of Oberson Abels, a leading tax and commercial law firm in Suisse Romande. He has been a Professor of Swiss and International Tax Law at the University of Geneva since 1995, and is a Member of the Federal Commission for Tax Harmonization. He received a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Geneva, and Master of Law from Harvard. He is on the Foundation Board of the Montreux Jazz Festival and plays lead guitar in a few rock-jazz bands.
