The United States actively forged this partnership by establishing a rules-based order underpinned by multilateral institutions such as the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank, the World Trade Organization, and NATO.

As reliance on multilateral institutions erodes, how will the global order shift? What role do trade, macroeconomic imbalances, and tariffs play in U.S.-European relations? How can we prepare for the New Global Order?
