Important guidelines from the event organizers:

• Entry requires both a valid Ball ticket and a government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license). Both must be presented at the entrance — no exceptions.  Note:  The AIC will provide the tickets to the members of our table upon arrival.
• A professional photographer will be present. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded for official and promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in advance.
• Guests are responsible for communicating any dietary restrictions or allergies before the event and for informing event staff of concerns during the evening. The U.S. Department of State, U.S. Marine Corps, and Marriott assume no liability for allergic reactions.
• Personal belongings remain the sole responsibility of the guest.
• This is a formal event. Proper attire is required for admission: black tie, tuxedo, dark suit with tie, formal evening wear, cocktail dresses, or elegant attire.
