Blaise Goetschin has been the CEO of Banque Cantonale de Genève since 2000. Previously, he was managing director of Banque Fiduciary Trust, Geneva,  head of the finance department for the Canton of Vaud; senior executive with Credit Suisse in New York and Switzerland; and an auditor with Pricewaterhouse in Geneva. He is also a board member of the Pfandbriefzentrale der schweizerischen Kantonalbanken AG. He is a graduate from HEC, University of Lausanne.

Blaise Matthey has been the General Director of the Fédération des Entreprises Romandes FER since 2007. Previously, he was Deputy General Director in charge of professional and economic associations; Secretary of the Employer’s association in charge of transportation, environment and energy; and a practicing attorney. He is also a board member of the International Organization of Employers, the Swiss Professional Union (USAM), economiesuisse, among others. He is a graduate of the Law School of the University of Geneva and from INSEAD.
