We cordially invite you, your family and friends to attend the 2018 AIC Thanksgiving Celebration on:
Friday, 23 Nove mber, at the Intercontinental Hotel in Geneva.
This one of the bigg est AIC events of the year and we looking forward to seeing you there. We have prepared a family and friends evening, with our favorite Albert &ndas h\; Mark Band to dance to, and drawing of special prizes.

Program:
18H30 &ndash\; 19H15. Cocktail in t he Grand Foyer of wine, soft drink, fruit juice.
19H15 &ndash\; 21H 00. Thanksgiving Dinner. A Starter buffet of seasonal delights, followed b y waiter service of Roast turukey and gravy with all the «\; \;tr immings \;»\; \; - mashed and sweet potatoes, stuffing, green beans and cranberry sauce. A Dessert buffet with pumpkin and peacan pie, and more, to conclude the feast. \;
21H00 &ndash\; 21H30: Annou ncements and drawing of two SWISS voucher and other attractive items.
21H30 &ndash\; midnight. Dancing to the Albert-Mark Band.

Cost: Table for 8 persons: CHF 1000, must be booked and paid for
as a table at time of booking. Only prepaid tables will be reserved.

Deadline to register and pay in advance: Tuesday 20 November at 12H00. Date FINAL. The hotel needs to know! A full no-show charge is applicable unless cancellation is recei ved by Tuesday 20 November at 12H00.
Dress code: Smart casual.
Beverages: Selected Geneva red and white wines, mineral water, café\;, tea. Fruit juices and soft drinks for children. Not included: digestives and cigars from th e bar and Cigar Room in the Hotel.
Tables Assignm ent: There are no &ldquo\;bad tables.&rdquo\; Round tables for 8. An entire table can be booked and reserved at Member's price. Open Seatin g for others as at our luncheons. Join up with other friends during the Co cktail. (Idea: put on the Club website the names of those who have signed up &ndash\; that way people can form their group.)
Children: All ag es are welcome, but there will be no Kids Room for them this year. We plan to allocate «\; \;Family \;»\; tables so that all the p arents and children can eat together.
Parking: Lim ited Hotel parking is available at CHF 36/day, CHF 3/hour. Parking is avai lable behind the Hotel, free after 19H00.
Public transit: Bus 5, stop &ldquo\;Intercontinental.&rdquo\; To return to downtow n Geneva, there are 3 buses/hour until 01H48.
