Geneva Competitiveness & Tax Reform: Where Do We Go From Here?

The rejection of RIE III in February of this year created a void in Geneva's corporate tax reform program, and left Geneva non-compliant with OECD regulations. Since then, the Conseil d'Etat of Geneva, led by the Finance Head, Serge Dal Busco, has developed a more balanced tax reform alternative labelled PF 17.

Will PF 17 be accepted by the public? Would PF 17 improve our economic competitiveness? To answer these questions, we have assembled an esteemed panel led by Serge Dal Busco, Xavier Oberson (renown international tax expert), and Massimo di Cesare (Group Head of Tax, Richemont International SA). The insights from these high-quality speakers should provide for a memorable event for business-people as well as the general public.
