AIC Raises CHF 7,335 for the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Switzerland

www.makeawish.ch

Through Member donations, the AIC enabled the Make-A-Wish Foundation Switzerland to grant more wishes to children and young people aged between 3 and 18 living with life-threatening illness. Each year the AIC raises donations to support a local charity through the annual Holiday Fund, a long-standing Club tradition. Over the years, the Holiday Fund has had a positive impact on the Geneva community by giving critical donations to local charities. We thank each and every member for your generous contributions to the Make-A-Wish Foundation Switzerland, our 2007 Holiday Fund charity.

AIC Raises CHF 2,800 for the Théodora Foundation, Morges

www.theodora.org

Another highlight to this year's Thanksgiving was the presence of three of Theodora Foundation's clown doctors: Dr. Chaussette, Dr. Na-Na and Dr. Kiko. It was an immense pleasure to have them animate the children and adults throughout the evening. A percentage of the Tombola proceeds were donated to the Theodora Foundation together with the proceeds from the highest bidder, Mr. Benjamin Cohen, for Roger Federer's T-shirt. AIC's donation will be allocated to their clown doctor program. Thanks to you, hospitalized children will receive individual visits from Theodora's professional artists, the clown doctors, who bring in their magic, music, fun and peals of laughter to offer beaming smiles and twinkling eyes!
