AIC Luncheon with Jean-Marc Duvoisin, CEO Nespresso
The November AIC luncheon had the pleasure to hear from Mr. Jean-Marc Duvoisin, the Nespresso CEO. The very large gathering was delighted by his Nespresso innovation stories and enjoyed a wonderful lunch at the Metropole Hotel which was generously sponsored by Naef Prestige - Knight Frank. Mr. Duvoisin explained the unique Nespresso business model which fully integrates every stage from production to the end consumer and which creates direct end consumer contact by 70% of their 12’000 employees. His stories of reviving industries in war torn countries by teaching farmers to grow sustainable coffee thrilled the audience.
