Biography
Robert grew up in and around Washington DC, Paris, Heidelberg, and Chicago. He earned a BA in International Relations from Brown University and an MBA in Finance from Columbia University. Robert served as communications officer aboard a destroyer in the Vietnam Theater, with home ports in Japan, Long Beach (near Los Angeles), and Mare Island (in San Francisco Bay). His investment management career was spent on Wall Street, in the City of London, and at UBS in Geneva. Robert is now an independent investment advisor. He is a Chartered Financial Analysts (CFA) and member of the Swiss CFA Society.
Robert has served for 20 years on the AIC Executive Committee as Vice President and Chairs of Young Professionals, Membership, Thanksgiving, and now Cultural Events.
