She spent 5 years in R&D, 10 years in venture capital, 10 years turning around industrial companies as CEO, and 3 years heading up an IT start-up company before becoming an independent board member. Current mandates: Ethos Services SA, Graduate Institute IHEID, Swiss Federal Institutes of Technology, Symbiotics SA, Xsensio SA. Also president of associations of the Ecole de Danse de Genève and Ballet Junior de Genève.
