Our subject and structure of our workshops are carefully designed around improving the contemporary workplace culture. We focus on soft skills development, company visits and mentorship.

She served as a Senior Adviser to the United Nations in Geneva. As a Professor she works with students from several European universities. In her role of International Negotiation Expert, she mentors and trains executives from the biggest corporations in Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East. Working with business professionals gave her an in-depth understanding of the challenges they are facing in their negotiations. She drew from these learnings in the design of the Negotiation Booster, an innovative approach to business negotiations
