Dana L. Walden

Founder of Certo Coaching & Consulting Sàrl based in the canton of Geneva, Dana partners with professionals, coaches, leaders, and organizations providing coaching, assessments, training, and team building that leverage strengths, sharpen soft skills, finetune professional positioning, and enhance performance. Working with an appreciative approach, her primary areas of specialization are leadership (at all levels of the organization), emotional and social intelligence, and character strengths. 

Dana’s signature strengths include honesty, gratitude, hope, and perseverance. As the saying goes, she firmly believes that “Where there’s a will, there’s a way!” and brings this belief to her work helping clients transform professional aspirations into accomplishments.

Career

Dana has crafted a multi-faceted career. With her Master of Business Administration degree in hand, Dana pursued her aspirations working in regional roles for American multinationals in Europe and settling in Geneva in 2005. In 2012 she embarked on a new career journey becoming a certified professional coach, earning International Coaching Federation (ICF) credentialing, and launching her human capital development business. In 2016 Dana further expanded her scope to include teaching a practical leadership course in the International Business Management program at the University of Applied Sciences of Western Switzerland (HES-SO) in Geneva.
