Françoise Lamotte

Director of Digital, Innovation and ICT at Terre des hommes Foundation, Françoise is leading a global effort to transform the organization in terms of becoming more digitalized and data-driven, as well as leveraging creativity and technology for innovating solutions and services for beneficiaries (children and their families or communities) in the 30+ countries where the non-profit organization is operating. Her work around innovation encompasses the various pillars of successful innovation programs including leadership and culture, portfolio management, ecosystem, etc.

Career

Françoise Lamotte, holder of a Master degree from ESSEC and an MBA from M.I.T. She has led an international career (Japan, United States, Europe and Dubai). Post-MBA, she joined the Boston Consulting Group in Boston. Upon return to Paris, in 2002, she started working in the insurance sector and held roles of P&L owner as well as leader of change programs related to digital and Innovation. As early as 2007, she was appointed first Chief Digital Officer of AXA Group. Her passion for new business development and innovation has been the backbone of her career, alternating roles as Head of Innovation and Digital in global organizations and member and co-founder of start-ups.

Today, she puts her strategic and change management skills at the service of other organizations as a board member or senior advisor. She also teaches innovation management at EHL.
